Refund policy

We want you to love your Crema Bella Special products. If, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please email info@cremabellaspecial.com within 30 days of your purchase date. We will provide you with a return authorization number and email you a return mailing label. Our Moisturizers must be at least half full to be eligible for a return. We will credit your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping. All items purchased directly from our website are eligible to return directly to us. If you purchased a Crema Bella Special product from one of our authorized retailers, please contact them directly for assistance.
