We ship to valid street addresses within the United States and to Canada. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO address.
Expedited shipping is available to valid street addresses. You may select expedited shipping during checkout, and the cost will be added to your order total. The expedited shipping cost is calculated based on the shipping address you provide.
Please contact us with any shipping concerns. Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, delivery status and timing are set by our carriers. However, we are here to help and will do all we can to resolve any issues.
We can process orders outside the United States and Canada, however, please note the shipping rates are set by our carrier, so we are unable to offer subsidized rates.
We process orders within 2 business days. If there is a delay, for any reason, we will contact you.
If there is a delay in fulfilling your order, we will immediately notify you. We provide tracking numbers once your order is shipped so you can track your purchase. Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, delivery status and timing are set by our carriers. However, we are here to help and will do all we can to resolve any issues.
If you make an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us immediately at email@example.com to see if we can help you before the item is shipped. It may not be possible to change the shipping address once the package has shipped.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped, so you can track your package. If you do not receive your shipping confirmation email within three days of placing your order, please check your spam folder.
We cannot replace shipped items until they have been confirmed missing by the shipper. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide confirmation from the carrier so that we can help resolve and replace lost item in transit.
We take extra care to package and ship your item(s) to you. However, if your package is damaged during shipment, we request you save the box and merchandise; then notify us immediately at email@example.com and provide photos of all damaged item(s). We will arrange for UPS to pick up and inspect the damaged package, and the damaged items will be replaced at no additional cost.
Returns and exchanges
We want you to love your Crema Bella Special™ skincare products. If, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your purchase date. We will provide you with a return authorization number and email you a return mailing label. A product must be at least half full to be eligible for a return. We will credit your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping. All items purchased directly from our website are eligible to return directly to us. If you purchased a Crema Bella Special™ product from one of our authorized retailers, please contact them directly for assistance.
If a product is unopened and unused, we will exchange it for another Crema Bella Special™ product of equal or lesser value.
While we understand that sometimes it takes a few tries to realize a product is not right for your skin, please note we will not accept returns or exchanges for any item(s) if more than half of the product has been used.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
Crema Bella Special™ products have a three-year shelf life, if unopened.
